RRB NTPC & RRC Group-D Exam Delayed : Check RRB Official Notice

RRB To Appoint New Exam Conducting Agency 

Dear Aspirants,

The railway is the biggest employer in India attracting lakhs of applications every year. There are 21 RRBs across India under the Ministry of Railways that conduct the recruitment process for various posts in the railways. The various exams include RRB NTPC, RRB JE, RRB ALP & Technician, RRC Group D, RRB Paramedical, RRB ministerial posts etc. Aspirants wait eagerly for months to appear for the exams conducted by the RRB.

In the latest notice released by the RRB, it has stated regarding the meeting with various exam conducting agencies to finalize one that will be conducting the RRB exams in future.  Railway Recruitment Board is inviting prospective bidders for the conduction of various RRB exams to be held in the upcoming months. As you all know, various RRB exams such as RRB NTPC 2019, RRC Group D 2019 and RRB Ministerial categories are yet to be conducted whose applications were received at the start of the year 2019. RRB also provided data regarding the successful conduction of exams in the past and the applications received by it in the past 2 years. 

There are 21 Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), having pan-India presence, undertake ecruitment of various categories in Group ‘C’ posts on Indian Railways. They are under the control of the Railway Recruitment Control Board (RRCB), which was set up in the Ministry of Railways to coordinate and streamline the working of RRBs. RRBs have completely switched over to digital mode and almost all the recruitment processes which involve calling applications, conduct of examinations, evaluation of candidates, verification of documents and formation of panel of eligible candidates are Computer Based. The Computer Based Tests(CBTs) are conducted in 15 languages namely Hindi, English, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Marathi,
Manipuri, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu. Considering that Indian Railways is the biggest employer in the country, each Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) attracts huge number of applications. Examination Details of the notifications issued since 2018-19 are as under:

The tenders are invited by the RRB on 25th September 2019 where the eligible bidder will be recruited as the exam conducting agency who will be responsible for conducting the RRB NTPC, RRC Group D and RRB ministerial posts exams. After the finalization of ECA, the exams are expected to be conducted in the upcoming months. The exams might get delayed further depending upon the conducting agency.
